In 2024, the Human Services Center Mon Valley partnered with the Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center and created the following community data snapshots which provide a quick look at the data with ability to compare to the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, and other municipalities served by the Human Services Center Mon Valley (HSCMV). In addition, there is a written report that summarizes some of the major data findings illustrated in the snapshots. This project is useful for providing an overview of the data, for grant writing, sharing with our stakeholders, and future discussions.

As you will see after reviewing the data, it is evident that the Mon Valley communities we serve are still in major need of assistance and the HSCMV’s programs and services remain on the right path. Our offerings are appropriate to what the community needs to help improve the quality of their lives.
