HIV/AIDS Awareness Programs
HSC Mon Valley’s HIV/AIDS Working Group organizes several HIV awareness and education events throughout the year including events for World AIDS Day and National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. These programs are made possible by proceeds generated from the Annual Mon Valley HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk.
The Annual Mon Valley HIV/AIDS Awareness Walk’s goal is to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, and to show support for those living with HIV/AIDS, especially in the Mon Valley. The Walk will be taking place in person this year on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 8:30am in Turtle Creek (519 Penn Avenue Turtle Creek, PA 15145). For more information, contact us at 412-436-9537 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
